The other side of the wall.

While K's parents were here for Hadley's birth, I enticed Scott with a little project: help me re-position our little bedroom entertainment system. Before we painted, I moved the TV mount from the end of the room to the middle and installed an IKEA wall-mount cabinet we had picked up in, of course, the As-Is section for cheap. 

Then we built a wall.

All of a sudden, the whole setup was in a pretty inconvenient spot. So we had to move it back, essentially. It was nice to have some help and we finished the job in not much more than an hour. With that, and a rug, the living side of our floating wall was complete.

With Hadley, we plan on spending more time in our bedroom so this space will be nice.
