It starts…

We have a lot of blueberries. A sort of sad story is how we moved our one, lonely little blueberry bush from Puyallup when we bought this house. In the two years since, it's barely hung on to life. The plants that were here, however, continue to explode with blueberries every June. We end up freezing a bunch, making jam, and giving lots away.

Coincidentally, someone absolutely loves blueberries!

I remember when he was a year old and would pick off the not-yet-ripe blueberries from said lonely blueberry bush at our old house. He's our little fruit-a-holic.

Very soon we're going to be overrun with blueberries. It's not a bad thing.
