Weather is moving in tonight. Looking west up the Wenatchee River valley, virga hangs in the air…
The storm is coming from the south, behind the Rooster Tail (the rocky outcrop at the far left, which makes for a nice, 1k vert trail run… ).
The edge of the storm beyond Badger Mountain. The Rock Island Grade, a sweet gravel ride, can be seen climbing to the top of the plateau at far bottom right… )
A spectacular evening, all told. We're excitedly waiting to be woken up in the middle of the night to flashes of lightning and the crashing of thunder…
